Lorenzo Bedin was born in Vicenza in 1997 and spent the first years of life there. Having studied Computer Science and Telecommunications in Bassano del Grappa and earned a technical diploma, Lorenzo joined Zeuslab, bringing IT infrastructure and tax-compliant POS systems to retail and large-scale distribution stores.
Since 2018 Lorenzo has worked at Vimar, in the Service Desk team, building the ESM infrastructure on Atlassian following the ITIL framework, managing the mobile devices used in production and secure printing, coordinating suppliers and overseeing information security.
In 2025 Lorenzo started studying Law and Technology in Padua. From networks to service management, from systems integration to the idea that law is an integral part of technology, the work brings together objectives, rules and the standards that apply.

In October joined Zeuslab SpA in Bassano del Grappa, in retail systems support.

Installed and integrated technology infrastructure for clients in retail and large-scale distribution, in the food sector.
Renewed hardware and software systems tailored to client needs and followed go-live and infrastructure adoption in real time.

In April 2018 joined Vimar SpA, in Marostica, in the Service Desk team. The role has gradually widened towards IT Operations.

Maintains the operational IT infrastructure within the role's remit and contributes to the company's ITSM/ESM transformation.
Designs and implements the ESM infrastructure on Atlassian, with Jira Service Management and Confluence, following the ITIL framework.
Develops and manages the infrastructure for mobile devices used in production with SmartilioMDM, and adopts YSoft SafeQ centralized secure printing.
Coordinates external vendors and internal stakeholders on hardware and software integration projects.
Actively oversees IT security, working daily on incident response, monitoring, backup and recovery.
